The rippled surface of the bar gives the taster almost double the surface of a traditional
bar to smell. With a similar function to the shape of a wine glass, the concave surface collects and focuses the aromas, enhancing the olfactory evaluation.
Radiosa is a sensorial chocolate tablet. The shape of Radiosa bar was inspired by the perfect
geometry of the circle. Compared to traditional bars, the round shape and rippled surface enhance the flow of light and attract the eye to the centre of the bar.
If turned face down on a flat surface and a slight pressure is applied to the center, the petals
will brake simultaneously to share immediately.
The 12 petals can all be broken off at exactly the same point. The pressure appplied to each petal and the snapping sound created are therefore identical. Each individual petal can be broken into smaller pieces.
